1987. Move One a 16 ans et commence des études de dessin. Il se lève tôt le matin, emprunte une rame de métro marqueur à la main, la personnalise, descend, attends la suivante et continue jusqu’à ce que l’heure du cours approche et qu’il finisse enfin son trajet.

Un an après, il entre dans le collectif de graph’ : UTP (Underground Tribal Painters) dont les graphs sauvages sont repérés par la mairie de Fontenay-sous-bois et donnent lieu à une première commande : une fresque pour la célébration du bicentenaire de la Révolution Française qui s’étale sur 240 mètres de long. C’est durant cette même période qu’il publie ses premières illustrations.

En 1990 (il a alors 18 ans), les UTP signent une fresque de 750 m2 dépassant largement le record du monde officiel de l’époque (500 m2). Move One signe sa première toile : Ecume. Durant les années qui suivent, il expose au Salon de l’Ephémère, signe la décoration d’un magasin et d’un restaurant, ... Sa première expo à lieu à la galerie du Cheval de Sable dans le Marais à Paris.

Après une période de quelques années où il se spécialise dans la création d’images sur ordinateur (2D et 3D), 2001 marque l’année du retour aux sources. Depuis, il a repris les pinceaux et les marqueurs, et recommence à exposer…

1987. Move One was 16 y.o. and began studying art. Every day, he gets up early in the morning, boards a subway train with his marker in hand, does his thing, gets down and waits for the next train and he keeps on doing this until the time of courses draws closer and he eventually finishes his journey.

A year later, he joins the UTP crew (Underground Tribal Painters) whose wild graphs are recognized by the municipality of Fontenay-sous-bois (Paris suburbs) and give rise to a first order: a 240 meters long mural celebrating the bicentennial of the French Revolution. During this same period he published his first illustrations.

In 1990 (when he was 18), UTP signs a fresco of 750 m2 far exceeding the world record official times (500 m2). Move One claimed his first canvas: Ecume. During the following years, he exhibited at the Salon de l'Ephémère, a sign decorating a shop and a restaurant... His first exhibit took place at the gallery Cheval de Sable in the Marais in Paris.

After a few years during which he specialized in the creation of images on computer (2D and 3D), the year 2001 marks the return to the origins. Since then he has returned to brushes and markers and began to exhibit his work…"
